2. Product Recipes & Purity Claims
ManPasand Thekua is handcrafted according to traditional Magahi recipes utilizing authentic ingredients:
- Natural Ingredients: 100% Shuddh Desi Ghee, Coarse Whole Wheat Flour (Atta), Khajoor Gur (Date-Palm Jaggery), Saunf (Fennel Seeds), Cardamom (Illaichi), and Dry Coconut.
- No Refined White Sugar: Our thekua contains naturally occurring sugars from rich Khajoor Gur (date-palm jaggery). We do not add refined white cane sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, or artificial chemical sweeteners.
- No Preservatives or Additives: Free from artificial preservatives, artificial coloring agents, or palm oil.
- Allergen Notice: Contains wheat (gluten) and milk solids (pure ghee). Processed in a clean facility that handles nuts and dried fruits.
3. Pricing, Orders & Delivery
- All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes.
- Shipping fees are calculated transparently: orders of ₹499 or more receive 100% complimentary Pan-India shipping; orders below ₹499 incur an approved standard delivery charge of ₹49.
- Payments are handled securely via PayU India aggregator or Cash on Delivery where serviceable.
- Orders are confirmed only after verified online payment authorization or manual COD verification.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to transactions on this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar.
